Tell us: bugs, ideas, new apps, feedback or a thank-you
Found a bug? Want a feature? Have an idea for a new Bastion tool? Or just want to say something worked for you? Use this one form for all of it; every message lands in the same queue and is read by the owner.
What to send
- A bug: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and the version of the program (Settings or About shows it). Screenshots, the program's log file and short screen recordings help most.
- A feature request or an idea: the job you were trying to do, not only the button you would like. That lets us find the best way to solve it.
- Feedback, comments, suggestions, recommendations, questions: anything, including "this wording confused me".
- A thank-you: "this tool saved my afternoon" is a message too. Pick "Appreciation / thank you" and skip the rest.
- A new application you would like: choose "A new application I would like" and name it.
What happens with it
Every message is stored on our own server in Europe (the same one that serves this site), read by the owner and nobody else, and kept until it is resolved plus 24 months. Screenshots, logs and recordings can contain personal data (file names, user names, addresses in a log line); look through them before you attach them, or blur what you do not want us to see. We store a salted hash of your IP address to stop abuse, never the address itself. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You get a ticket id at the end; keep it.
Prefer email? mustafa@ebita.ai works too. Developers: public issue tracker on GitHub (synced with this queue).
