PDFBastion is the whole PDF toolbox in one offline program: view, create, edit text and images, merge, split, reorder and compress. It converts to and from Office formats and images, turns scans into searchable text, fills and builds forms, signs, redacts properly and compares versions. Every job also runs as a batch, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
